The weather was just right for today’s photoshoot- the warm sun of early autumn set against the heavy grey clouds…We followed the lower path to the base of Cheetham Close and without having to climb too high, we were greeted by some lovely views of Winter Hill. This is the landscape that inspired both of these wrap designs and so […]
Rust Dendron Curves of Pursuit has a weft of 3 alternating strands of cotton and a chunky cotton merino blend, that create a wonderfully textured and 3 dimensional colour. After the magical 2 washes (in this case in my washing machine on a 40’C wool cycle with 800 rmp spin) this wrap becomes prickle […]

Festival, an Alchemy range wrap, is primarily made up from a traditional spiralling diamond weave design that we both fell in love with (and already use to make up part of our teaching wrap design). This pattern gives a wonderful waffle like texture and stretch to […]
‘Loomstate’ describes cloth that has come off the loom having been woven, but still requires ‘finishing’ to complete the process. Until the cloth has been ‘finished’ it will still retain some of the tension that it was under during the weaving process, and the cloth won’t feel or behave the way it was intended to.
We had some warp left over from our original weave and have rewoven our 3 most popular 100% cotton wraps from the original Sand releases – Glacial Sand Seafoam, Lichen Sand Birch Trees and Zaffre Sand Tourbillon. Please click on the wrap names to go through to the original release information about these wraps. These 3 wraps […]
