We aim to process orders booked with standard tracked shipping within 1-2 working days. We post parcels out Monday- Friday.
We offer free standard shipping for orders over £200
Standard shipping costs around £4 (depending on which option you choose). We offer Royal Mail Tracked 24 and 48, plus 2nd class services for smaller, cheaper items.
Special delivery costs £7.50 – £11 depending on the weight of your order.
You will receive an email to say that your order has been shipped and your parcel should arrive 1-3 days after this (unless your email states otherwise). Sometimes these emails don’t make it through to your inbox, but if you have an account with us you can check your order status by logging in. Should you not receive your inland bound parcel within 3 days of this email then contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with the tracking details.
We don’t generally provide tracking numbers for UK bound parcels as they are usually delivered very reliably.
You also have the option for a next day delivery via Royal Mail Special Delivery if you place your order before 1 pm on a weekday. We may remove this option during busier periods and currently can’t guarantee this service for blankets.
A “completed” status means that your order has been shipped.
If you purchase from outside of the UK & EU you may have to pay additional charges to the courier to cover your own country’s tax charges. These charges often include a handling fee.
It is worth researching your local VAT/customs charges so you are not surprised.
Customers from the United States do not generally pay any additional taxes due to the higher tax threshold.
We add these charges on for EU customers at the point of sale to reduce charges and give fast delivery. This service is known as Delivery Duty Paid, and means that your order will not be stopped by customs in your country.
Shipping to Europe is free.
Shipping to the USA is subsidised.
We send parcels out using the best value tracked courier service. These include GLS, Royal Mail, DPD, UPS, DHL, FedEx. We provide a tracking number for these services. Once your wrap has left the UK it will be processed by your country’s national postal service. We will provide tracking numbers for all international purchases and these can be checked and followed on the Royal Mail website, your national postal service provider site and also any universal tracking sites. International postage is expected to take 5-10 working days but longer waits are not uncommon especially for North America.
FedEx World Express to the USA generally only takes 3 days, so we offer this option for lighter parcels where the other option is a slower but cheaper service with Royal Mail.

We are happy to add phone numbers or specific details/instructions to your parcel- you can include them in your shipping address or add them in the comments box when you order. We cannot guarantee that your local postal service will follow any specific instructions.
