The Evergreen warp has a graduated blend of 3 lush greens, from a glaucous lighter shade with blue undertones, through a rich leafy green to a dark conifer forest colour.
Seaglass weft is made up from 3 different yarns, alternated 1:1:1There’s a soft glaucous green combed cotton, a glorious teal marled merino lambswool flecked with turquoise and yellow and a shimmery white viscose. Together they create an organic feeling texture to the cloth and a cool seaglass green/blue shade which contrasts beautifully against the warp.
We’ve used this wool before as the silverdale weft, but mixing it with the viscose and cotton yarns will give it a lighter, more airy feel.
Our limited edition wraps are made from cloth that is woven in Lancashire, England from ethically sourced yarns, and our wraps are sewn by hand here too! All wraps are fully reversible, meaning that you can wear them on either side out for two different looks to the design.
Woven Wrap Sizing
Wrap sizes don’t work in the same way as clothing.
Size numbers refer to the length of the woven wrap- the larger the number, the longer the wrap.
Each size is 50cm (20”) longer than the previous size.
SIZE 1 = 2.2M (7’2”)
SIZE 2 = 2.7M (8’8”)
SIZE 3 = 3.2M (10’ 8”)
SIZE 4 = 3.7M (12’)
SIZE 5 = 4.2M (13’8)
SIZE 6 = 4.7M (15’4”)
SIZE 7 = 5.2M (17’)
SIZE 8 = 5.7M (18’7”)
SIZE 9 = 6.2M (20’3”)
Each length offers different options for tying, so there isn’t a single size that will ‘fit you.
Your body size will determine how big a wrap you need for tying each specific carry. For example, the Front Wrap Cross Carry is a popular starter carry. Some people will be able to use a size 6 for this carry, but others may need a longer (or shorter) wrap depending on their body and baby size.

I purchased a size 6 from the webshop. I would say it’s about true to size (does not run particularly long) CM Seaglass Evergreen to me is one of the most perfect wraps I can imagine: it’s soft straight after the first wash (no breaking in needed), medium in hand which makes it perfectly universal. I wrapped both my newborn and my 2.5 year old toddler with it and they were equally as comfy. In my opinion Evergreen has pretty equal grip/glide ratio. Forms really well to baby with a bit of stretch. I think it’s pretty much the ultimate all year rounder wrap which I would be happy to recommend to beginners are well.
