Luna Twilight Festival Woven Wrap Baby Carriers
59% organic combed cotton, 28% linen, 13% viscose, Alchemy weave, heavier medium weight (280gsm approx.)
Luna Twilight Festival is a beautiful woven wrap that has a warm-toned silver linen and viscose weft that looks wonderful against our deep indigo combed cotton Twilight warp. This wrap has a cool, heavy, floppy drape to it. The linen provides a little texture and sheen, whereas the viscose and cotton is very soft. The pattern adds a little grip and it doesn’t take much effort to fully tighten. It wraps solidly without being bulky.

Woven Wrap Sizing
Wrap sizes don’t work in the same way as clothing.
Size numbers refer to the length of the woven wrap- the larger the number, the longer the wrap.
Each size is 50cm (20”) longer than the previous size.
SIZE 1 = 2.2M (7’2”)
SIZE 2 = 2.7M (8’8”)
SIZE 3 = 3.2M (10’ 8”)
SIZE 4 = 3.7M (12’)
SIZE 5 = 4.2M (13’8)
SIZE 6 = 4.7M (15’4”)
SIZE 7 = 5.2M (17’)
SIZE 8 = 5.7M (18’7”)
SIZE 9 = 6.2M (20’3”)
Each length offers different options for tying, so there isn’t a single size that will ‘fit you.
Your body size will determine how big a wrap you need for tying each specific carry. For example, the Front Wrap Cross Carry is a popular starter carry. Some people will be able to use a size 6 for this carry, but others may need a longer (or shorter) wrap depending on their body and baby size.

I got wrap scrap squares of this fabric and it is just so lovely. The colors are shimmery and magical. It’ll be perfect for a little sewing project.

There’s something really lovely about this colour combination. The wrap has needed a bit of breaking in but it’s lovely and soft now. I like the way the cloth moves due to the pattern. It’s got quite a bit of grip, is strong yet flexible, comfortable on the shoulders, and feels medium thickness in hand, but a thinner medium.

Bought this in a size three and it is just lovely. I am not experienced enough to comparing wrapping qualities, but it is a beautiful unique pattern and the colours are stunning.

This wrap is so beautiful to look at. Look at those knot shots! It also does a great ruck and a very nice twisted pirate. The festival pattern has an impressive tendency to grip when you want it to, and glide when you want it to, as well. Grip and malleability are rumoured to increase when broken in, but it is lovely and easy to wrap with from the outset.

I had this wrap as a tester when it was sent around Germany. The deep blue and silver go really well together and look lovely in the festival pattern. As all Festivals, it has very good grip and makes really good, sturdy wrap jobs. I carried my heavy toddler in single and Multi layered carries without problems. Despite being quite thick and sturdy, it’s easy to tighten and wrap. The linen gives a good amount of stability, but it doesn’t feel as dry as other linen wraps. Probably due to the. Counterbalance of the viscose that gives it a nice squashy feeling in hand. Absolute recommendation, also an easy blend for inexperienced wrappers!

I bought this wrap in a size 2, it is a really beautiful colour and pattern- I’ve heard of it described as a jeans wrap and I can completely understand why. The colours mean it should go with nearly anything and has a really comfortable feel to it from the outset. I recently used this wrap as a no sew ring sling at a wedding and it was lovely. The pattern creates a wafflely texture once out of loomstate. I have found it a bit more tricky to get all the slack out of it but that may be because my other firespiral wraps are too forgiving of sloppy wrap jobs and just need to improve my technique/adjust it to the texture of this fabric. I haven’t used it a huge amount yet but I am excited to see how this wrap shines as it breaks in.

This is a fabulous design – it is elegant and goes with everything. The quality of the textile is also superb, and this is simply a beautiful item. Also, the weight is perfect for spring through to autumn, and was even ok through a heatwave!
